12/12/02 - KoL uploaded "Smooth Strips Thin Taskbar" theme. I added MSN Nicker to the downloads section. Also updated the quotes section.

9/12/02 - Added the tag-board. Also, KoL, from Studio-28 is modd'ing his themes to have thin-taskbars. nice!
